Google Universal Analytics for OpenCart 3

What it does

This extension provides a Google Universal Analytics tracking for OpenCart.

It supports:

1. ECommerce tracking for successful sales
2. Pageview tracking
3. Simple A/B page content experiments
   
   
   

Requirements

You need an account with Google Analytics.

This extension uses OpenCart event handlers, there is no need for VQmod or OCmod modification systems.

Installation

In the OpenCart admin backend do the following:

1. Go to Extensions > Installer to upload this ocmod.zip file.
    
2. Go to Extensions > Extensions > Analytics > Google Universal Analytics to install and edit this module.
   Enter your account number, and choose the ECommerce or Pageview tracking.
    
3. Go to System > Users > User Groups > edit Administrator and make sure to set the access and modify rights for 'extension/analytics/google_universal_analytics'.

Further help and customized versions

This software has been successfully tested for standard OpenCart versions 3.0.1.2 and 3.0.2.0. It should also work for other OpenCart 3.0.x versions.
